Offences To Be Tried By Court Having Jurisdiction Over Area Where Offences Committed
The power to proceed and adjudicate any case
related to any offence shall be vested in the court having jurisdiction
over the area where such offence is committed.
Provided that the Government of Nepal may, in accordance
with law, constitute a separate criminal court or criminal bench in
